Products
Handpainted pieces vary in colour and detail from one to the next, and photographs are a close guide rather than an exact match. That variation is not a defect.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.
Orders and payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, we cancel that order and refund you in full, as our returns, refunds and cancellations policy describes.

Designs and content
The designs, artwork, photographs and text on this website belong to Kopoi and may not be reproduced without permission.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
