Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why

• When you order online: your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email — to deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Payment: handled by Razorpay. We receive a confirmation and a payment reference, never your card number or UPI PIN.
• When you message us on WhatsApp: your number and your messages — to answer you and take your order.
• When you browse: the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser, through Google Analytics and PostHog — to understand which pages are useful. PostHog may also record how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling.
• Your cart: the products in it are kept in your own browser so the cart survives between pages. It does not reach us until you check out.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make an order possible, and only what each needs. We do not sell your data.

• Razorpay — to take your payment and keep the order record.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Google Analytics and PostHog — website analytics.
• The courier or delivery partner who carries your parcel — your name, phone number and address.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for 72 months after delivery, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example for tax records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to act for you, by writing to hello@kopoi.in. We respond within 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

Google Analytics and PostHog use cookies and similar browser storage. You can block or clear them in your browser settings; the site still works.
