Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Online checkout on this website delivers within India only. For delivery outside India, contact us at hello@kopoi.in or +91 77589 62840 before ordering, and we will quote and arrange it.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Mumbai, and delivered within 7 business days across India.

In Bengaluru, our own team delivers in person — next day.

What it costs

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above, and ₹49 below that. The charge applies to the whole order, not to each item, and is shown before you pay.

Packaging and tracking

• WhatsApp tracking updates after dispatch

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available when you order over WhatsApp. Online checkout takes card, UPI, netbanking and wallets.

If your order is late

If your order has not arrived within the time above, tell us. You can cancel it for a full refund, started within 2 working days, or keep waiting — your choice.
